Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your StrapWinder Pro for a refund.

Return Requirements

• Item must be in original condition (unused or lightly used)
• Original packaging is preferred but not required
• All items included in the original order must be returned

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

eBay Purchases

For orders purchased through our official eBay store, returns can be initiated and tracked directly through the eBay Return Portal. All eBay purchases are subject to a 30-day return policy and eBay's Buyer Protection.

How to Return (Direct Purchases)
